Bruce Wolfson named General Counsel and Eva Lo named Senior Vice President, Operations and Chief Compliance Officer

New York, NY; February 26, 2015 – Jaguar Growth Partners (Jaguar), a privately-held investment management and advisory firm, is pleased to announce it has named Bruce Wolfson as the firm’s General Counsel and Eva Lo as Senior Vice President, Operations and Chief Compliance Officer.

Mr. Wolfson has been involved with structuring, placing and divesting public and private equity on behalf of both issuers and fund investors, as well as financing and restructuring emerging market debts, for over 30 years. Prior to joining Jaguar, he was a member of the Corporate and Latin America Practice Groups of the global law firm, Bingham McCutchen (now known as Morgan Lewis & Bockius). Prior to Bingham, Mr. Wolfson was a partner and general counsel at The Rohatyn Group, an asset management firm specializing in emerging markets. Prior to that, he served as senior managing director in the legal department at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for all legal work relating to trading, sales, capital markets and investment banking activities in the developing world. Mr. Wolfson served as Bank of America’s resident counsel in Mexico from 1982 to 1986, with primary responsibility for restructuring the bank’s Mexican loan portfolio.

Mr. Wolfson has advised regulators in Latin America and Asia concerning their foreign investment rules and has served on the board of directors of EMTA, the association of the emerging market trade and investment community, from 1994 to 2015. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Ms. Lo joins Jaguar from Rockwell Partners LLC, an asset and property management company in Chicago, where she was responsible for the turnover of newly acquired properties, legal oversight, recruiting, underwriting and special projects. She was previously a corporate real estate attorney, most recently with Kirkland & Ellis where she represented private equity investors in high-profile corporate acquisitions, financing and restructuring, involving up to $7.5 billion in assets.

Ms. Lo holds a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
