Wenceslao Jalife

Wenceslao Jalife is a real estate investment professional with a background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. He currently serves as an Investments Associate at Jaguar Growth Partners, where he is actively involved in underwriting new investments and supporting asset management across the firms US and Latin America platforms.

Prior to joining Jaguar, Wenceslao was a Consulting Associate at PwC in New York in the Corporate Development Advisory group, advising clients on M&A strategy and execution, commercial due diligence, and post-transaction planning. His experience includes advising a family office on a $350 million technology services roll-up, performing synergy analysis for a $130 million acquisition in the Latin American payments sector, leading diligence for a Japanese bank’s $1 billion acquisition of a US investment bank, and supporting a financial services client in developing a strategy to scale its commercial loan portfolio from $3 billion to $10 billion. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Siuma Capital Latin America, where he supported M&A transactions in the food & beverage and healthcare sectors.

Wenceslao earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. He also holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Miami.
