Established in 2016 in Shanghai, Brilliant China (“Brilliant” or the “Company”) is an integrated developer, operator, and investment manager of institutional-quality logistics warehouses and related industrial properties. The Company currently manages 1.5 million square meters of warehouse development projects across 14 logistics parks in nine Chinese cities, representing over US$1.0 billion of total development cost. Brilliant’s business capabilities span the entire warehouse investment and development lifecycle, including investment sourcing & execution, permitting & construction, leasing and asset management, and investment advisory & funds management. The Company’s management is now led by industry veterans previously with The Carlyle Group’s China real estate investment team.
