Carmen C. Prior to joining Jaguar Growth Partners, Ms. Geraldo held executive support roles at Intermex and Chubb, where she provided direct support to senior executives and led administrative operations within highly regulated, multinational organizations. Her responsibilities included executive communications, project and meeting management, event planning, budget oversight, and coordination across multiple business units. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Camillus House, a Miami-based nonprofit, where she supported executive leadership, board governance, fundraising initiatives, and organizational expansion.
