Ignacio Abril Lop is a real estate asset management professional with expertise in distressed assets, alternative financing, and fund operations across the US and European markets. He currently serves as an Asset Management professional at Jaguar Growth Partners, where he is actively involved in managing the firm’s US investment platforms.

Prior to joining Jaguar, Ignacio was an Associate at CSEN (Copernicus Southern European Credit Fund), a Madrid-based real estate and non-performing debt investment fund. As an Associate at CSEN, he executed investment valuations and return projections supporting capital allocation decisions across a €230 million portfolio, overseeing financial planning and treasury management for the fund. Earlier, as an Investment & Operations Analyst at Copernicus Credit, he conducted real estate and debt structure analysis on over 200 asset-backed alternative financing opportunities across Spain and Portugal, successfully closing 75 transactions totaling €150 million. His experience also includes managing a co-investment mandate with an institutional fund with over €100 million deployed in Spain and advising clients on debt and equity structures for mid-market asset backed lending real estate operations. Earlier in his career, Ignacio interned at Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions team, supporting financial and accounting services for leading Spanish banks.

Ignacio earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Endicott College. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
