Wenceslao Jalife

Wenceslao Jalife is a real estate and corporate strategy professional with a background in mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, and financial analysis. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) at the University of Miami, with expected graduation in December 2025.

He began his career at PwC in New York as a Consulting Associate and founding member of the Corporate Development Advisory team. At PwC, he advised clients on M&A strategy and execution, commercial due diligence, and integration planning across various sectors. Notable projects include advising a family office on a $350M tech services roll-up, conducting synergy analysis for a $130M acquisition in the Latin American payments space, leading diligence for a Japanese bank’s $1B+ acquisition of a U.S. investment bank, and helping a financial services client develop a strategy to grow its commercial loan portfolio from $3B to $10B.

Wenceslao earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

Earlier in his career, he interned as an Investment Banking Analyst at Siuma Capital Latin America, where he supported M&A transactions in the food & beverage and healthcare sectors. He also gained venture capital experience at LAB Miami Ventures, where he evaluated startups for a $50M fund focused on real estate technology.
